Six Transformational Live Sessions

Live Class Time: Saturdays, 10:00–11:30am ET A dedicated weekly reset for your body, mind, and energy.

Replays available if you can’t attend live. Each session includes a specially-designed yoga sequence, deep relaxation, breath practice, meditation, and discussion. You’ll learn the foundations you wish someone taught you years ago:

What is Breathe & Burn®?

Breathe & Burn® is a transformational mind-body system focused on energy, longevity, and vitality. It integrates traditional Raja Yoga (the royal path to controlling the mind) and Hatha Yoga (physical practice to preserve and channel vital energy) with breath science, neuroscience, longevity principles, and progressive strength and mobility training. It was created by seasoned yoga teacher and mind-body expert, Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy. Through intentional breath, intelligent movement, and focused awareness, the practice strengthens the body, trains the nervous system, and sharpens the mind. The result is sustainable strength, mobility, and clarity—helping you build energy, resilience, and your best mind and body now and for the long run.

Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy, Ph.D., MBA, RYT, CPC

Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy is a global thought leader and mind-body expert with over 1000 hours of yoga teacher training. She is the creator of the Breathe & Burn® mind-body system, the Embodied Success® Institute, and the Power Living® empowerment platform. A Harvard Business School-trained strategist, she left her corporate career after almost dying in 1997 and founded the first yoga studio in Harlem. Her comprehensive understanding of nervous system regulation underpins most of her professional training programs. She served six years on the Board of Yoga Alliance (inc. Chair & Interim CEO), and was one of the first African Americans featured on the cover of Yoga Journal. She has taught yoga to global leaders on a private section of The Great Wall of China and has been a headliner for the XYoga Dubai Festival. She is an advanced student of Sri Dharma Mittra and her initial teacher training was at Integral Yoga Institute (experiencing one of the last Satsang gatherings with Swami Satchidananda). As biographer and protégé of the late yoga master Tao Porchon-Lynch, she spent a decade traveling the globe with Tao curating 66 one-of-a-kind events, working with notables such as Sadhguru and Dr. Deepak Chopra. She has written six books, including Tao's award-winning autobiography, Dancing Light: The Spiritual Side of Being Through the Eyes of a Modern Yoga Master. A National Spokesperson for the American Heart Association, she is also certified in Professional Coaching, Holistic Health Counseling, Group Fitness, Personal Training, and Lifestyle & Weight Management Counseling. Called "smart with a heart," she has been a moderator at the United Nations, and was selected as a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, including being a Discussion Leader for the Annual Meeting in Davos. Her work has been featured in various media, including Oprah's book, Live Your Best Life! Learn more about her yoga teaching.
