Initial Consultation: Fill out an Assessment and then let's talk about your objectives to determine how I can best support you (e.g., coaching, consulting, mentoring). Our work will be customized to your needs.
Determine Schedule: Once you sign up, we will send you an Agreement and schedule your sessions. We usually try and stick to the same day/time each session.
Outline Goals: In the first session, we will discuss your goals and determine an initial action plan.
Energy Management Training: Given my mind-body training, I will guide you through techniques to master your mood and mind-states, optimize your energy, and build resilience. This will be helpful regardless of your goals.
Ongoing Support & Review: We will work through roadblocks together and when you complete specific goals, we will debrief and celebrate.
