SESSION 1: CALM & CENTERED
Have you ever made a decision when you were stressed or angry? How did it work out? Emotional states like anger and anxiety can have detrimental effects on decision-making by impairing your ability to think rationally. You may make impulsive choices, overlook important information, snap at those around you, and focus on blame rather than solutions. It also clouds the ability to tap into creativity and your gut instincts. On the other hand, when your mind is free and relaxed, you will have the clarity to face whatever comes your way. In this session, you will practice techniques to shift from an angry or anxious state to a calm and centered state.
SESSION 2: AWARE & FOCUSED
From digital notifications to physical noise, distractions abound and attention is at a premium. Distractions and lack of focus can significantly hinder your ability to achieve your goals at work and in life. It can lead to decreased work quality, missed deadlines, poor decision-making, increased stress levels, burnout, and even impaired mental health by disrupting cognitive processes and making it difficult to concentrate. On the other hand, when you are aware and focused, you can be present for joy and have higher quality outcomes at work and in all of your relationships. In this session, you will practice techniques to shift from a distracted state to an aware and focused state.
SESSION 3: ENERGETIC & MOTIVATED
Do you need an energetic charge? Feeling sluggish can affect every part of your life. It can decrease mental clarity, impair concentration, reduce social engagement, strain relationships, and reduce overall productivity and enjoyment of life. When you have low energy, your motivation to take action or complete tasks is typically reduced, making it harder to feel driven to do things. Confidence can also take a nose dive. On the other hand, when your energy is pumped up, you can feel unstoppable and build momentum to realize your personal and professional goals. In this session, you will practice techniques to shift from a state of low energy to an energetic and motivated state.
