Try to be in a space that is clean and clear from clutter. You can either sit on the floor cross-legged or in a chair. Either way, be sure the spine is tall. A bent spine disrupts the nervous system. Be sure you're able to focus on these practices. Don't do the techniques while driving.
The Positive Breathing and Meditation can be used together or separately. The total practice is a little over 18 minutes. The Positive Breathing technique, which I learned from my master teacher Sri Dharma Mittra, is around three minutes and starts at 0:55. The meditation is about 15 minutes and starts at 4:45. The meditation is generally done with the eyes closed. However, if you want to experience it as guided visualization, then you can watch the mini-movie after we've finished the initial tuning in. That starts at 7:57. Use it any time you need a positive boost.
