Classic Hatha-Raja Yoga

The TA Yoga House, founded in 2002 by Teresa Kay-Aba Kennedy, was the first yoga studio in New York's historical Harlem community. Now, twenty years later, we are the Breathe & Burn® Mind-Body Studio offering LIVE classes via Zoom plus premium courses, and our signature in-person events around the world. With the Eight Limbs of Yoga as the foundation, we use breath, meditation, and specific postures/movements to charge the body, focus the mind, and purify your energy, burning away physical toxins and mental illusions, enabling you to activate your Highest Self and experience Bliss-Absolute. This is also the online home for the teachings of Terri's mentor, yoga master Tao Porchon-Lynch.  Get ready to Breathe & Burn!
